University of Washington Track and Field: Dempsey Indoor Meet Tickets
The University of Washington holds indoor track meets at their Dempsey Indoor facility every winter. In the past, the tickets have been very simple, without any "design" to them. I was commissioned to create new tickets that were more visually appealing. I had access to a database of photos, but per NCAA rules, I could not show any faces of athletes. This constraint turned out to be very helpful because it inspired me to use bold crops on the photos of the athletes.
